• Providing concise notes and evidence (screenshots / screen recordings if requested in the run). • Launching the product on your available platform(s). • Creating a consumer account on a wagering platform, which will include going through a KYC (know-your-customer) flow. Because this platform complies with Canadian regulations, you will be required to use your own legal information to register. • Running through key wagering flows (for example: placing a wager, checking wager status, basic navigation, and other core actions defined in the run instructions). • Capturing and reporting any functional issues, crashes, obvious UI defects, or blocking problems in the wagering flow.

• Perform a set of flows using specific instructions and compare the results observed with the expected/intended results • Explore the application or website’s functionality based on your experience and background in testing • Completing surveys or taking part in interviews to look into your preferences and opinions regarding different types of applications for our customers

• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. • Use AI-driven tooling to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability. • Understand test plans, test scripts, test cases, and links that connect to requirements and done criteria. • Manage Test Case Repository and maintain test cases up to date. • Participate in collaborative working sessions to develop test plans and test criteria. • Design an automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure. • Be responsible for maintaining the automation framework and regression test suites. • Be responsible for the planning and control of test environments. • Analyze and interact with complex sets of automated test assets and provide insights into alternatives or improvements to test systems, test framework components, test databases, and test servers. • Provide solutions and recommendations for the execution of automated tests and troubleshoot test failures. • Provide a user-friendly reporting framework for the automated test results in the areas of QA, UAT, Business, and IT Management. • Identifies and tracks system defects. Performs root cause analysis of the defects and works with the development team to resolve them. • Partners with other QA's and architects to develop and establish quality assurance standards and best practices • Performs and coordinates system verification and validation test activities utilizing various tools • Performs quality assurance testing activities to ensure the applications, products, and/or releases follow the Quality Assurance standards of the organization.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios. • Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing. • Test AI features, prompts, workflows, and generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution. • Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases. • Test APIs, integrations, and system performance. • Ensure compatibility across browsers, operating systems, and devices. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to improve platform quality. • Prepare detailed testing reports and provide launch readiness recommendations. • Suggest improvements to enhance platform stability and user experience.
