• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures. • Use AI-driven tooling to improve test coverage, defect detection, and regression reliability. • Understand test plans, test scripts, test cases, and links that connect to requirements and done criteria. • Manage Test Case Repository and maintain test cases up to date. • Participate in collaborative working sessions to develop test plans and test criteria. • Design an automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure. • Be responsible for maintaining the automation framework and regression test suites. • Be responsible for the planning and control of test environments. • Analyze and interact with complex sets of automated test assets and provide insights into alternatives or improvements to test systems, test framework components, test databases, and test servers. • Provide solutions and recommendations for the execution of automated tests and troubleshoot test failures. • Provide a user-friendly reporting framework for the automated test results in the areas of QA, UAT, Business, and IT Management. • Identifies and tracks system defects. Performs root cause analysis of the defects and works with the development team to resolve them. • Partners with other QA's and architects to develop and establish quality assurance standards and best practices • Performs and coordinates system verification and validation test activities utilizing various tools • Performs quality assurance testing activities to ensure the applications, products, and/or releases follow the Quality Assurance standards of the organization.

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios. • Perform functional, integration, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing. • Test AI features, prompts, workflows, and generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution. • Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases. • Test APIs, integrations, and system performance. • Ensure compatibility across browsers, operating systems, and devices. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to improve platform quality. • Prepare detailed testing reports and provide launch readiness recommendations. • Suggest improvements to enhance platform stability and user experience.

• Partner cross-functionally with IT and the business to implement and maintain compliant computerized systems  • Provide quality oversight for the lifecycle of computerized systems, ensuring compliance with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity standards • Serve as the QA CSV SME during vendor evaluations, software implementation and qualification and requalification of GxP systems • Support continuous improvement of GxP Systems through SOP development, training, and change control management  • Partner with IT and Business teams to ensure SDLC and validation requirements are clearly defined and met • Lead investigations for CSV-related deviations, system failures, and data integrity issues, including root cause analysis • Review and approve Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation including Validation Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and summary reports • Advise on data integrity best practices and approaches • Partner with IT to ensure inspection readiness is maintained for CSV • Serve as QA reviewer for all new system releases and change controls • Perform internal audits to ensure systems are maintained in a steady state and user management is under control • Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle • Support systems and new product introduction by providing QA expertise, problem solving, and strategies for risk mitigation • Support validation and QA oversight of AI/ML-enabled GxP systems, including risk assessment for model changes and ongoing performance monitoring
