• Turn long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and talking-head videos into highly engaging, perfectly formatted short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that instantly grab attention and showcase expert authority. • Fully manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms, writing platform-specific captions and keeping the brand's online presence consistently active and engaging. • Maintain and update ClickFunnels pages, ensuring landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms function seamlessly to convert viewers into prospects. • Drive deep audience engagement by monitoring comments and DMs daily, segmenting email campaigns, and guiding prospects into the correct product channels.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of digital marketing or content repurposing experience (ideally supporting creators or online coaches)
  • Strong attention to detail and a clean design sense for creating on-brand visual assets.
  • Highly proficient with digital marketing tools like Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels.
  • Deep social media proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • A reliable, distraction-free remote work setup (BYOD) and flexibility to support North American Eastern to Pacific time zones.
