Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing solutions
  • 3+ years in a security-conscious environment
  • Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Python
  • Experience working on software that aids in decision-making either through data visualization, data analytics, or configurable workflow and simulations
  • Extensive experience working with product managers to shape and define requirements into small, incremental business-valuable deliverables
  • Experience project managing a small team using a modern agile methodology
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

You will provide product and process support to meet customer, product performance, quality improvement, design for manufacture (DFM), and cost reduction objectives. Responsibilities Execute non-recurring engineering in support of new solar cell device definition and existing technology optimization to meet customer interface and performance requirements. Translate customer requirements into documentation for material procurement, product design , manufacturing, and testing. Participate in validation and qualification for new technology developments , improvements, and modification at both the solar cell device and panel assembly levels. Identify long lead materials, tooling, and testing requirements for the product as well as any associated support software.
