Role Description AECOM is hiring a Data Manager to oversee maintenance of data infrastructure and architecture for Oil, Gas, and Remediation projects. Qualifications - BA/BS Computer Science, Information Science, Data Engineering or related field and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. - Experience with environmental software implementation in a consulting / O&G environment, including knowledge in one or more EDM software package(s) such as Earthsoft EQuIS Suite (Professional, Enterprise, EnviroInsite, etc.) and Locus EIM strongly preferred. - Experience in environmental data management, chemistry, analytical data validation, environmental data analysis and/or visualization. - Experience in data engineering, business intelligence (BI), or analytics development. - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and analytical databases. Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language. - Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools. - Experience designing and supporting data pipelines, data integration, and ETL/ELT processes. - Experience working with cloud-based or enterprise data warehousing solutions. - Familiarity with enterprise business systems such as Oracle, Workday, CMiC, or similar enterprise platforms. - Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including the Power Platform, with proficiency in data analysis, automation, and reporting. - Understanding of data quality, data governance, and metadata management. • Lead and manage the scheduling team to ensure efficient use of authorized ABA therapy hours for each client • Monitor scheduling workflows and optimize processes to hit target utilization rates • Analyze data on scheduled versus authorized hours, and identify opportunities for improvement • Collaborate closely with clinicians, BCBAs, and support staff to proactively address scheduling roadblocks • Communicate regularly with families and staff to close gaps between authorized and delivered hours • Train, coach, and support schedulers to meet and exceed utilization goals • Implement tools, best practices, and reporting systems to streamline scheduling operations
