• Handling emails and calls from internal client. • Creating Incident Tickets in the ITSM Tool. • Sorting incidents received from external teams using the tool into categories: Network, Billing, or IT. • Assigning the incident to the right team for resolution. • Coordinating with the appropriate team to obtain status updates and communicate them to the customer. • Closing incident tickets.
Job Requirements
- Experience between 0 and 2 years of experience in similar monitoring or support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems (ITSM Tools - Desirable)
- Ability to work with monitoring software such as Site 24x7 or OBM (Monitoring Tools - Desirable)
- Availability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
