Enterprise Security Engineer – Incident Response

• Serve as Incident Commander for SIRN-related security cases, owning coordination from detection through resolution and post-incident review. • Lead incident triage efforts, rapidly assessing scope, severity, and impact to drive prioritization and response decisions. • Coordinate with internal AR teams and external Solana ecosystem stakeholders throughout active incident lifecycles. • Develop, tune, and triage telemetry signals relevant to SIRN use cases, including on-chain event monitoring and infrastructure-level detection. • Identify gaps in current detection coverage and propose improvements to signal fidelity and alert quality. • Author, maintain, and continuously improve incident runbooks tailored to SIRN scenarios. • Provide operational and logistical support to the SIRN project team, including tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring project milestones are met. • Maintain clear documentation across all assigned workstreams.
• Design and implement security and defense-in-depth controls to prevent and limit vulnerabilities. • Perform cutting-edge security research in Solana and other Rust-based blockchains and smart contract platforms. • Develop security tooling and developer workflows to aid in the early detection of vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with core contributors to conduct internal security audits. • Shepherd external security audits with the help of leading third-party audit firms. • Operate bug bounty programs on Immunefi, including leading, monitoring, and triaging submissions. • Work in a diverse, decentralized team environment with Web3 professionals. • Clearly communicate security risks, findings, and proposed solutions. • Adhere to the highest standards of integrity, trust, and professionalism.
• Manage and maintain a globally distributed blockchain infrastructure fleet • Design, architect, deploy, and operate production-grade infrastructure services • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code across development, staging, and production environments • Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems • Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling • Monitor system health and respond to incidents with strong troubleshooting fundamentals • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline
