• Evaluate global macroeconomic trends, cloud Availability Zone architectures, and power grid constraints to identify and prioritize next-generation data center markets. • Build and own the visual data architecture using Geographic Information System mapping assets to define targeted land search areas and validate site selection. • Partner with Investment and Finance teams to inject real-time market data into financial models, maintaining a proprietary database of global transaction pricing and competitor pipelines by Ready for Service dates. • Synthesize complex supply, demand, and pricing dynamics into high-impact briefings for executive leadership and the Investment Committee to derisk capital deployment. • Establish a standardized, repeatable market intelligence framework and consistent taxonomy to compare global investment opportunities on an apples-to-apples basis.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in market intelligence, corporate strategy, commercial real estate underwriting, or data center development.
- Strong knowledge of global data center infrastructure dynamics, cloud provider architectures, and power grid operating constraints.
- Proven ability in translating complex market data and competitive benchmarking into actionable financial models and commercial terms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and executive C-suite committees.
