• Drive governance and accountability across strategic initiatives. • Develop executive-level presentations, reporting, and business communications. • Build and manage performance-tracking tools, dashboards, and key business metrics. • Support cross-functional strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis. • Coordinate the development and delivery of high-impact presentations led by the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Directors. • Analyze complex data sets and translate key findings into compelling, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations. • Develop and maintain a library of templates, graphics, and visual assets to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of presentations. • Build and manage recurring performance reporting that provides leadership with clear visibility into brand, business, and strategic performance. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively communicate actionable insights to leadership. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business analyses, and special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or a related discipline from an accredited institution required.
- Experience developing and consolidating executive-level presentations and complex data analyses for senior leaders.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI assistants) to enhance analysis, content development, and productivity while ensuring accuracy and business relevance.
- Proven ability to lead complex, strategic projects and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly, persuasively, and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling, visually engaging, and executive-ready presentations.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools to develop dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for visual design, formatting, and presentation quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
