Financial Systems Administrator

iRhythm Technologies, Inc.

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users. • Assist with maintaining models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, and security settings. • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles. • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors when needed. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, sheets, and integrations. • Support system testing, enhancements, and release management activities. • Document system configurations, business processes, and support procedures. • Assist with administration and support of ERP finance-related modules and integrations. • Monitor data integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP, and other financial applications. • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities. • Support financial reporting tools and business intelligence solutions used by Finance and Accounting teams. • Help maintain master data and ensure consistency across financial systems. • Participate in finance systems enhancement projects and implementations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A applications, ERP systems, or business reporting tools.
  • Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, QAD ERP, SAP ERP, or similar financial planning/reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
