Job Description & Sales Agent Responsibilities - Leverage robust outbound sales skills to expand membership base, reaching out to leads provided by the company and demonstrating exceptional follow-up techniques. - Apply effective inbound sales skills to enhance membership base, employing professional selling habits to engage and attract potential customers. - Utilize keen observational and active listening skills to identify and develop additional selling opportunities. - Demonstrate proficiency in following an effective and streamlined sales process. - Engage prospects through rapport-building, delivering personalized and value-based presentations. - Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor sales approaches accordingly. - Employ problem-solving skills to address and overcome objections from prospects. - Establish and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth. - Prioritize member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and fostering long-term relationships. - Demonstrate the ability to adhere to quality assurance guidelines on every call. Minimum Qualifications - Property and Casualty License required or ability to obtain - College degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of sales experience required - Background in Insurance (Property and Casualty) preferred - Required to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated time - Proven ability to convert and close sales opportunities - Skillful in overcoming objections - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels - Flexibility to work any assigned shift during business hours - Proficient computer skills required
