Role Description At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll help build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction both internally and externally adds value. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years Client service experience. - A Property and Casualty Insurance License. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - A desire to build relationships and deliver results. - Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities. - A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
