Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion Manager

Role Description We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead and coordinate Qompyl’s strategic partnerships, direct broker relationships, provider ecosystem, and market expansion initiatives. - Evaluate a broad range of external providers across brokerage services, market data, technology infrastructure, APIs, and other critical services. - Develop direct relationships with brokers and brokerage platforms such as Alpaca, Tradier, Webull, tastytrade, Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, Public, Schwab, E*TRADE, and others. - Take ownership of evaluating providers and strategic partners, establishing relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and supporting market-entry planning. Core Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a structured view of Qompyl’s broker, provider, and strategic partner ecosystem. - Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with brokers, brokerage platforms, market data providers, API partners, and other strategic partners. - Establish direct relationships with priority brokers to evaluate API access, account connectivity, order execution capabilities, and partnership opportunities. - Negotiate pricing, revenue-sharing models, minimum commitments, service-level agreements, and other commercial conditions. - Coordinate the commercial process from initial evaluation through technical diligence, contracting, integration approval, and ongoing relationship management. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, providers, and strategic partners. - Serve as a key point of contact for partnership and provider-related matters. - Identify and develop new strategic partnership opportunities that support Qompyl’s product capabilities and growth. - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and company leadership to ensure alignment with requirements. - Coordinate legal and compliance questions related to contracts and broker integration requirements. - Support market-entry planning and partnership readiness for priority markets. - Track active relationships, negotiations, integration opportunities, and provide regular updates to leadership. Qualifications - Strong experience in strategic partnerships, commercial sales, business development, or a related field. - Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic business relationships. - Strong commercial judgment and understanding of partnership terms affecting long-term growth. - Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. - Confidence representing a company in external conversations with senior stakeholders. - Ability to quickly understand Qompyl’s business model and technical dependencies. - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple partnership and market-expansion workstreams. - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, fast-moving startup environment. - Experience in fintech, brokerage, financial services, trading technology, or API-based platforms is strongly preferred. - Existing relationships within the brokerage or fintech ecosystem are a plus. Requirements - This is a part-time, equity-only role, suitable as a side engagement alongside a primary job or consulting work. - The position will transition to compensated status after the MVP launch and once funding or sustainable revenue is secured.

Title and Summary Manager, Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Optimization, SME LAC Manager, Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Optimization, SME LAC is a specialist role designed to drive data-led growth opportunities across SME portfolios and elevate the quality and impact of client engagement across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role sits alongside Specialist Sales and Account Management, with a clear mandate: "To translate SME spend data into sharper, highly commercial and regionally relevant client conversations that unlock growth across diverse LAC markets". Acting as a bridge between data, strategy, product, and commercial teams this role will identify insights from SME portfolios and equip frontline teams with clear, actionable narratives to: Drive GDV(Gross Dolar Volume) growth, improve portfolio performance and strengthen client engagement. This is a highly commercial, execution-focused role centered on how we sell, ensuring every client interaction is: insight-led, locally contextualized and tied to measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Insight-Led Client Engagement• Analyze SME customer spend, portfolio performance, and behavioral data across LAC markets to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.• Generate actionable insights tailored to different market dynamics (issuer maturity, acceptance, cross-border flows)• Translate data into clear and compelling client narratives highlighting: Spend activation, Working capital optimization, Cross-border and FX opportunities• Support frontline teams in shaping and delivering high-impact client conversations and Quartile Business Reviews 2. Enabling Sales & Account Teams (Regional + Markets)• Partner with Specialist Sales, Account Management, and Country teams• Embed insight-led selling into day-to-day client engagement• Provide: Structured talking points, Opportunity framing and Value articulation• Support priority client engagements as needed to demonstrate best-in-class conversations 3. Pipeline & Opportunity Identification• Use data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities across SME portfolios: activation, usage growth, cross-sell / upsell and retention• Support pipeline development aligned with: cluster/country priorities and SME growth targets in LAC• Ensure opportunities are: clearly quantified and linked to GDV and revenue impact 4. Portfolio Optimization (LAC Focus)• Diagnose underperformance across markets (activation gaps, dormancy, low penetration)• Define targeted actions considering LAC-specific constraints (acceptance gaps, product penetration, informality)• Monitor KPIs and trends to assess impact• Support creation of scalable playbooks across clusters (e.g., ChiPeBol, Brazil, Mexico) 5. Role Description Assess patients’ needs and develop action plans that provide for the initiation and continuation of treatment with Alnylam products while coordinating the exchange of all applicable patient-related information with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. - Develops a comprehensive understanding of the reimbursement process, billing/coding nuances, insurance plans, payer trends, financial assistance programs, patient assistance programs, and related resources. - Assists in obtaining insurance approval for Alnylam products, and proactively plans for maintenance of coverage by working with patients and their caregivers/families, healthcare providers, insurance companies, specialty pharmacies, and Alnylam colleagues. - Understands the resources available in their specific region, and how they can be best employed to support patient care. - Identifies complex patient-specific issues and develops and executes action plans accordingly. - Maintains disease, reimbursement and insurance coverage expertise through continuing medical education and attendance at relevant conferences and other educational opportunities. - Educates patients, caregivers, family members, health care providers, and others regarding insurance options and limitations, including PA and policy requirements necessary to initiate and maintain treatment, patient services’ offerings and relevant disease/product information as necessary. - Fosters collaborative relationships with all internal and external customers including but not limited to Patient Education Liaisons, medical, sales, field reimbursement, corporate accounts, patient advocacy, insurance company case managers, specialty pharmacies, home health agencies, and office coordinators. - Attend patient meetings and represent Alnylam at industry conferences, as needed. - Ensures compliance with all corporate and industry policies in collaboration with Alnylam Legal, Regulatory and Compliance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree required. Health Care/Social Work/Nursing (or related field) a plus. - 3+ years recent case management experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Requirements - U.S. Pay Range: $85,500.00 - $115,600.00 - The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. - This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
