Role Description The Enterprise Account Specialist is responsible for managing the operational execution of McGraw Hill's Affordable Access (AA) program, ensuring seamless digital content delivery to colleges and universities while maintaining the accuracy of sales transactions, billing, and revenue processes. This role partners with internal teams and external distribution partners to support account renewals, optimize operational workflows, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and collaborative, with the ability to manage complex operations, resolve issues independently, and build strong cross-functional relationships that support institutional partnerships and student success. This role is a remote position, open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing... - Create and execute strategies aimed at growing Affordable Access at existing accounts. - Take ownership of tracking, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of pricing product specifications, and delivery of McGraw Hill digital content via our AA programs. - Independently manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders, both internally at McGraw Hill and externally with all channel, bookstore and distribution partners, related to our AA Business and Revenue. - Develop strategies for oversight of codeless offer set ups, ensuring timely delivery of digital content to students while proactively resolving issues as they arise throughout the term. - Responsible for achieving revenue growth goals associated with installed Affordable Access programs. - Provide AA pricing recommendations in collaboration with LTRs and support District Sales teams in implementing pricing strategies that result in expansion of existing Affordable Access programs. - Utilize sales dashboards, Tableau, Rockbook, and sales reports to identify Affordable Access account expansion opportunities and work closely with LTRS to execute plans and campaigns to target those opportunities. - Manage updates to products, pricing, and delivery while auditing data provided by external channel partners to ensure accuracy and safeguard McGraw Hill AA Revenue. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with a general understanding of the Higher Education market. - 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Implementation Consultant. - Strong analytical, decision making, and project management skills. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to independently solve problems, resolve issues, and thrive in a rapidly evolving work environment. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong external and internal relationships while managing and overseeing large amounts of data associated with Enterprise Sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills. Benefits - The pay range for this position is between $53,100 - $60,000 annually. - Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. - An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package. - A full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
