As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will own the development, maintenance, and centralized governance of clinician scheduling templates across the organization - ensuring consistency, visibility, and efficiency at scale. - Own and optimize clinician scheduling by designing and maintaining templates that balance patient access, operational goals, and provider productivity. - Drive consistency and efficiency at scale by ensuring scheduling structures are aligned across territories and continuously improved through audits and data insights. - Adapt to a dynamic workforce by updating schedules to reflect hiring, departures, ramp periods, and operational changes—ensuring seamless coverage at all times. - Partner with leaders across the business to align scheduling strategies with staffing plans, growth initiatives, and access goals. - Leverage data to improve performance by tracking schedule effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. - Other projects and duties as assigned. Role Description Join the Upstream Rehabilitation team where your work makes a real impact! As a Patient Care Coordinator – Remote (PCC – R) - Temporary (3 Month Assignment), you will be responsible to provide centralized, remote support to clinics to ensure timely referral processing, scheduling, insurance verification and patient communication. You will provide operational coverage to assist clinics with front-end processes as part of the patient experience. As a PCC-R - Temporary, you will serve as an extension of the front office – maintaining service standards, protecting new patient access and minimizing disruptions to patient care.
