• Manage and grow an assigned book of green grass accounts across Texas • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, owners, and club professionals • Open new accounts and expand Bad Birdie’s footprint within the territory • Conduct in-person, brand-driven line reviews and product presentations • Identify sales opportunities through sell-through analysis and account performance • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive toward targets • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations to support accounts • Handle territory-related administrative tasks including order entry and follow-up • Uphold Bad Birdie’s brand standards and servicing expectations at all times
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sport, apparel, or consumer-based professional environment
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales or field sales
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and green grass channel preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously while staying aligned with a broader sales team
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory
