Role Description As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will manage, optimize, and expand the client’s HubSpot ecosystem. This role will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, building customer segmentation, developing marketing automation workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives through the HubSpot platform. Duties and Responsibilities - HubSpot CRM Administration - Manage and maintain all customer, company, deal, and custom object records within HubSpot - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the CRM - Perform ongoing database maintenance, cleansing, and optimization - Marketing Automation & Campaign Management - Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns within HubSpot - Create and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, customer retention, and sales enablement - Manage SMS, email, and lifecycle marketing programs through HubSpot - Support integration and management of advertising audiences and remarketing campaigns within HubSpot - HubSpot Reporting & Analytics - Create and maintain dashboards for marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams - Develop reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline activity, and revenue attribution - Analyze customer lifecycle stages and identify opportunities for optimization - Track sales team activity, lead follow-up, and conversion performance - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on CRM data - HubSpot Optimization & Strategy - Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, automation, and user adoption - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align HubSpot capabilities with business objectives - Recommend and implement best practices for CRM management and marketing automation - Support new HubSpot feature adoption and system enhancements - Document processes and provide training to internal users when needed Qualifications - Two or more years of experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM - Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub - Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and automation best practices - Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analyses within HubSpot - Experience implementing and managing email marketing and automated customer journeys - Knowledge of lead management, lifecycle stages, and sales pipeline reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience troubleshooting data quality and CRM process issues - Excellent organizational and project management abilities Advantageous Skills/Experience - Experience with Documentation - HubSpot certifications
