Role Description The Process Innovation Manager will lead company-wide efforts to document critical business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement sustainable, scalable improvements. This role drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process innovation across manufacturing and business operations. The Process Innovation Manager will focus on optimizing workflows, leveraging new technologies, and enhancing productivity, quality, and cost performance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or supply chain related roles. - 5+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and continuous improvement. - Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. - Expert business acumen in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, and general business process. - Proven success leading cross functional teams to develop optimized processes. - Experience managing numerous project initiatives simultaneously, instilling a high level of accountability and progress. - Experience in establishing KPIs and performance targets, and implementing predictive KPIs to assure process adherence. - AI development and application experience a strong plus. Role Description The Feasibility & Development Planning Manager plays a critical role in supporting Marriott’s hotel growth strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America. This position leads market research, financial analysis, and strategic evaluations to assess new development, conversion, and acquisition opportunities. The Manager will oversee feasibility studies, guide junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Marriott’s brand and business objectives. • Manage end-to-end pharmacovigilance activities for clinical trials and post-approval oncology products • Oversee intake, assessment, processing, medical review, and reporting of ICSRs from clinical trials, adhering to established processes and timelines • Ensure timely submission of expedited and periodic safety reports to Regulatory Authorities, IRBs/ECs, clinical investigators, and business partners • Support preparation and submission of DSURs, periodic safety reports/listings, and updates to Investigator Brochures (IBs) • Develop, maintain and execute Safety Management Plans for clinical studies • Contribute to safety sections of clinical study protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), clinical study reports (CSRs) and IND/NDA/MAA/CTAs (as applicable) • Review clinical trial safety data and assist with data cleaning for ongoing studies • Participate in periodic safety reviews, signal detection and risk evaluation activities • Maintain Reference Safety Information for ORIC products and co-administered IMPs • Support launch readiness activities including development of post-marketing pharmacovigilance processes, development and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs) and REMS (as applicable) • Assist with preparation for regulatory inspections and audits • Participate in internal Safety Management Teams and governance meetings • Partner with Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Commercial teams • Support safety training for internal stakeholders and investigators • Ensure Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) are implemented and maintained
