Role Description The Account Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing and allocating payments, maintaining accurate account records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Process, allocate, and reconcile customer payments accurately. - Review customer accounts daily to ensure account balances and transactions are correct. - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues. - Monitor and follow up on failed payments each day. - Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional and timely manner. - Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. - Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team members when required. - Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the system. - Liaise with internal teams to resolve account, billing, and payment-related matters. - Escalate complex account issues when necessary. - Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks as required. Qualifications - Previous experience in accounts administration, account coordination, or a similar customer service role. - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. - Good understanding of payment processing and account reconciliation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new software systems. - Professional, reliable, and customer-focused. • Partner with senior management (director, C-level) clients as a trusted business advisor by leveraging the company’s research on emerging technologies and customer experience. • Collaborate with industry analysts and the ecosystem to sell and deliver prescriptive client solutions. • Maintain the minimum weekly/daily metrics, and ensure quota is met. • Produce accurate and timely forecasts. • Uncover key business initiatives and engage new cross-functional buying centers. • Develop sales opportunities to increase contract value and customer retention. • Maintain and build relationships with executive-level contacts to understand their business needs and identify new opportunities. • Develop a complete understanding of the company’s products and services portfolio to align appropriate solutions with client needs.
