Role Description We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to lead the technical design, requirement gathering, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications built on the OutSystems platform. - Responsible for ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable. - Drive technical innovation, platform modernisation, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, performance optimisation, security, and lifecycle management (around 10 years). - Experience integrating third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, OAuth, and event-based architectures. - Working knowledge of .NET, .NET MVC, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, SQL Server, and modern software engineering practices including design patterns. - Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and guiding teams through technical delivery. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. - Ability to drive a product roadmap using data driven decisions. - Experience working in Employee/HR, retail or high transactional environments would be highly desirable. Requirements - Drive technical innovation, platform modernisation, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and cloud-native services. - Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure security, accessibility, performance and scaling requirements for the platform. - Can-do attitude with the ability to roll up sleeves when needed.
