We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to handle outbound calls from customers already interested in our products and services. This is a sales-focused customer service role where your job is to confidently guide callers through the purchase process and help them choose the best solution for their needs. No cold calling. Leads are available for purchase to contact interested customers only. What You'll Be Doing - Call and follow up with interested clients after they submit an inquiry. - Provide clear, professional information about our products and services. - Walk customers step-by-step through the purchasing process. - Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. - Close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. - Accurately document customer interactions and orders. Qualifications - Strong communication and listening skills. - Comfortable selling while providing excellent customer service. - Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence. - Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational. - Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented. - Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Role Description The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers. Our sales roles have paid training and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. Average annual pay for the Sales Associate position is between $75k - $85k. Top earners can make over $100K per year. Commissions are uncapped in this position.
