• Assist the setup of local entity, FX broker accounts, exchange accounts, and onboard with payment processors. • Work closely with global operation team for the local operation • As a local representative, building up the relationship with banks, brokers, exchanges, merchants and payment processors • Develop FX trading business targeting HNW investors, institutional investors or merchants, and individual traders in the local market • Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, risk and new projects, with a passion for the FX payments industry • Appoint as nominee director of the local entity • Handle local company’s administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Prior work experience in the banking, FX with a firm understanding of trading products and trade life cycles
- Applicant must be a National of the country.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks
- Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle various projects independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Apply rigorous, structured judgment to determine whether an opportunity merits Armada’s time and attention. • Develop and maintain a qualification framework that reflects Armada’s current priorities, growth strategy, and deal thresholds — and evolve it as the business changes. • Know when to say no. Close out opportunities that are not the right fit with professionalism and care — protecting Armada’s reputation and the time of senior leadership. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate team (sales, partnerships, or executive) with clear context, qualification notes, and a recommended path forward. • Proactively scan the commercial landscape to identify emerging opportunities, competitive signals, and market trends relevant to Armada’s growth priorities.
