Includes all SEC filing documents • Coordinate with external parties regarding external reporting • Perform quarterly impairment analysis, including preparation of supporting models and documentation • Perform contract review for Finance to assess accounting implications and ensure proper treatment • Prepare monthly financial reporting package • Maintain and prepare comparable sales reporting, including ad hoc requests and support for planning activities led by FP&A • Manage lease accounting process including: Review and validation of all retail, storage, and other lease activity • Final review of lease population for completeness and accuracy • Preparation of supporting schedules for lease-related disclosures • Manage monthly bonus accrual process, including calculation support, review of inputs, and coordination with FP&A/Finance during close • Manage stock-based compensation accounting, including: Accounting for equity grants and vesting activity • Review and reconciliation of stock compensation expense • Oversight of grant and vesting data • Oversight contributions • Develop and oversee two individual contributors • Review month end accounting entries • Oversee and review the lease process, including supporting the annual operating lease planning process • Oversee and review the roll-forward of SEC documents
