Program Manager – Major Projects Group

Blattner

• Serves as the on-site program integration leader and single point of client accountability for large-scale, multi-contract integrated energy campus programs. • Holds dotted-line authority over Business Unit (BU) Site Managers across multiple operating companies executing simultaneously on campus, directing sequencing, scope interfaces, and cross-BU resolution to ensure campus-level alignment on schedule, scope, cost, and quality across the full project lifecycle from NOI through warranty. • Provides central integration management across generation, transmission, storage, gas, and data center infrastructure, ensuring alignment between independently executed scopes while enabling Business Units to deliver their work effectively. • Leads portfolio-level coordination across multi-disciplinary teams, driving contract negotiations, engineering early work, sequencing strategies, and supply chain execution. • Enforces Standard Work Instructions and Quality Programs, drives process utilization, safety, and risk management across all campus scopes, and upholds company values throughout program execution. • Manages campus-level activities across all scopes and contracts within the assigned integrated energy campus.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering; or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • 7 or more years of experience managing large-scale, multi-contract, multi-technology programs with significant integration complexity; experience in energy infrastructure, complex industrial projects.
  • 5 or more years in leadership roles; experience managing large, complex, multi-technology programs with significant integration challenges.

The Work You'll Lead - Build DDN's certification program structure, including certification paths, learning objectives, assessment criteria, completion requirements, and credentialing standards. - Design assessments, knowledge checks, practical exercises, and certification rubrics that measure application, not just recall. - Coordinate certification launches, communications, tracking, and stakeholder readiness. - Track participation, completion, pass rates, and opportunities for improvement using LMS, enablement platform, and program data. - Build the operating model that keeps certification programs current, scalable, and aligned to field, partner, and customer needs. Qualifications - Experience building or managing certification, credentialing, learning, enablement, partner education, customer education, or technical training programs. - Strong ability to structure learning paths, define readiness outcomes, and design assessments that measure application. - Clear writing and content development skills, with the ability to turn complex inputs into organized, usable certification materials. - Comfort working with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and validate accuracy. - Understanding of how partners, customers, field teams, and managers use certification and training in real business contexts. - Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, governance, and reporting. - Good judgment about what needs to be taught, tested, reinforced, measured, and maintained over time.
