• You will be servicing Medical Imaging Equipment in the Kansas City, MO area. • You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens’ imaging equipment at customer sites. • You support the diagnostics modalities initially, with potential to cross train into other modalities in the future. • You are flexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 5-8+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting.
- Proficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
- Can locate, read, and understand documents for install, set-up, repair, troubleshooting, schematics, block diagrams and functional descriptions.
