Role Description As a Real Time Analyst, you'll be responsible for monitoring service levels across the enterprise and acting quickly to mitigate any staffing related concerns using WFM principles: - Adjusting schedules in real time - Updating which queue an agent may be supporting - Analyzing data to provide insights You will provide leadership teams with timely, accurate reports on intraday performance and impacts to maximize the ability for our Member Service Center to achieve their business objectives. The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) team is at the forefront of agent interactions and provides insights into current performance compared to our plan, executing multiple levers to ensure the most successful outcome possible for all supported teams. The Workforce Management team is a part of the Member Service Center department and operates in a strong team-oriented environment. We work together with operations leaders to balance the needs of our members, employees, and owners as it relates to forecasting and scheduling. What you'll do - Continuous intra-day real-time monitoring of queue results and agent performance across all supported teams and departments. - Oversee and assist in managing real-time allocations of resources, prioritizing certain channels as necessary, and escalating requests for staffing changes when appropriate. - Communicate trends, synopsis, insights and plan of actions for performance activities multiple times per day to Hagerty’s management teams. - Monitor real-time adherence to schedules for team members and provide feedback to leaders in real-time. - Partner with leaders on historical adherence for their team members with insights on how to improve scores. - Review and process PTO / OT / Unplanned absences in real-time. - Respond to WFMScheduling inbox inquiries within 24 hours. - Make recommendations towards performance improvement topics that may require additional training / alignment and passing on suggestions to the Scheduling Analyst group for shift bidding needs. - Authority to modify, cancel or otherwise re-prioritize planned or unplanned shrinkage as defined in Operations playbook. - Primary point of contact for daily scheduling questions, issues or changes. - Produces ad-hoc, daily, bi-weekly and monthly internal trend reports on a variety of topics including but not limited to Contact Volume, Average Handle Time, and Unplanned/Planned Shrinkage hours. Role Description As a Paralegal, you will play an integral role in Hagerty, Inc.’s legal and compliance operations. Under the guidance of senior legal counsel, the Paralegal provides employment, litigation, intellectual property, and administrative support to members of the legal and compliance department. - Manages the filing and maintenance of Hagerty, Inc. and its subsidiaries’ intellectual property portfolio. - Supports senior legal counsel in managing the company’s litigation which includes but is not limited to: - Acting as the liaison between various business units, outside counsel, and the legal team in resolving litigation matters. - Conducting legal research, reviewing pleadings, performing initial case assessments, analyzing and monitoring case status, implementing litigation holds. - Assisting in the fulfillment of discovery requests and preparation of witnesses. - Processing all subpoenas and document requests. - Coordinating with other departments to implement all bankruptcy, garnishment, and lien notices. - Provides employment-related legal support including but not limited to immigration and personnel matters, regulatory updates and research, and execution of employment-related agreements. - Oversees administration of employee hotline & incident management software. - Supports other members of the legal team as needed in areas such as corporate governance, insurance, real estate, transactional and securities matters. - Assists with the drafting and execution of contracts and updating templates. - Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, meeting facilitation, and travel coordination. - Resolves other legal and compliance matters, as necessary. Role Description As Manager – Direct Tax, you’ll lead the preparation and review of the company’s U.S. income tax provision under ASC 740 and oversee federal and state tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You’ll manage key areas such as deferred taxes, valuation allowance analysis, and effective tax rate forecasting, while supporting financial statement disclosures and audit requirements. In this role, you’ll also evaluate the tax impact of business initiatives, partner cross-functionally with finance and legal teams, and drive process improvements and strong internal controls across the tax function. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex multinational environment, including partnership structures and public company reporting requirements. The role requires someone dedicated to the continuous improvement of existing processes, technology solutions and documentation. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a highly analytical mindset, strong work ethic, extreme attention to detail with a desire to provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders and help build a best in class tax function.
