Senior Director, Enterprise Sales

Job Requirements

  • Experience in handling quotas and teams for leading ICT companies or successful startups
  • Strong belief in building a winning culture across the board, serving as the foundation for success
  • Proven experience positioning high-end enterprise IT solutions (experience with storage/backup and security is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a horizontal, extended resource team to support direct sales efforts
  • Track record of negotiating sophisticated deals with 6 and 7 figure values, including understanding intricate terms, conditions, and price pressures
  • Proven success in collaborating with OEMs to develop strategic and collaborative sales campaigns
  • History of coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams such as Systems Engineers, Inside Reps, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management to exceed target quotas
  • Strong focus on operational cadence, optimizing and efficiently managing the business
  • Familiarity with Sales Force and Clari is an advantage
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with limited direction, delivering strong growth
  • Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for themselves and their extended team
  • BA/BS Degree required. MBA is an added advantage.
