• Project Delivery, Requirements Gathering & Solution Design Lead Salesforce enhancements end‑to‑end, managing timelines, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and IT to understand workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs grounded in Salesforce best practices. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and workflow inefficiencies and recommending automation and system enhancements. • Salesforce Configuration & Engineering Support Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, relationships, flows, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards), ensuring strong security, data quality, and access controls. • Monitor platform health and integrations to troubleshoot automation failures, data issues, and user‑reported defects. • Maintain and update technical and support documentation. • QA, UAT, Release Readiness & Enablement Lead QA and UAT planning and execution for Salesforce enhancements, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to validate solutions, manage defect triage and resolution, and obtain business sign‑off prior to production releases. • Develop and maintain UAT artifacts, training materials, release notes, and end‑user documentation. • Serve as a point of contact for post‑deployment support and troubleshooting, ensuring rapid issue resolution, feature adoption, system stabilization, and ongoing data integrity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of Salesforce experience as an Administrator or Consultant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications strongly preferred (Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with Omni-Channel, Lightning Experience, Flows, and complex reporting and dashboards; familiarity with LWCs, Apex, SOQL, and triggers preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, release pipelines, and source control best practices (i.e. Azure DevOps, Gearset, Git).
- Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, user story development, QA, UAT execution, and user training.
- Experience working in Agile environments; Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Experience with healthcare or growth-focused organizations.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills, focused on root-cause analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across technical and business teams.
