• Join a growing U.S.-based healthcare organization that partners with healthcare providers, home care agencies, and medical facilities. • Help expand the network of healthcare partners through outbound sales and relationship building. • Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers from healthcare organizations. • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to introduce the company's services. • Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive business development efforts. • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle to maximize appointment conversion.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in **Appointment Setting, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Development Representative (SDR** roles is required.
  • Previous experience working remotely or as a Virtual Assistant is preferred but not required.
  • Experience within the **healthcare, home care, nursing, medical staffing, healthcare consulting, or medical services industry** is highly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, articulate, and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong confidence making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Proven ability to schedule appointments through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfortable speaking with executives, healthcare professionals, and business decision-makers.
  • Strong business development and sales mindset.
  • Persistent and resilient when handling objections and rejection.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and lead management skills.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and proactively identifies opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving workflows.
  • Must be willing to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).
  • Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.
  • Must have relevant and verifiable work experience.
  • Must have no other clients during required working hours.
