Document Control Specialist
Teladoc Health
• Process Change Orders (COs) using the PLM in a timely manner with high level of accuracy in compliance with company procedures • Collaborate with Change Order initiators to ensure accuracy of the change orders • Route marketing materials through the appropriate review and approval workflows • Work daily with Marketing stakeholders to support timely routing, review, approval, and release of marketing-related documentation • Maintain inspection readiness of the Document Control process at all times
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in related field
- Proactive individual with ability to communicate and work well with others
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Strong English reading and writing skills; able to interpret complex business and technical documentation
