Manager, Paid Social – Subscriptions & Consumables

iRESTORE

• Build and scale paid acquisition for our Subscriptions and Consumables product categories across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Own channel strategy, campaign setup, budget pacing, and day-to-day optimization against revenue, ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversion goals. • Develop a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding, campaign structure, creative, landing pages, and new in-platform opportunities. • Partner with our Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal creative teams, and agency partners to turn performance insights into new concepts and creative iterations. • Identify opportunities across the post-click journey and collaborate with Digital Product on landing-page and conversion testing. • Build weekly and monthly forecasts, communicate performance clearly, and recommend budget or strategy shifts based on results. • Establish reporting and automation that improves visibility, operating efficiency, and the speed of decision-making. • Share learnings across the Growth organization and stay current on platform changes, attribution, AI-enabled marketing, and emerging acquisition strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of DTC digital marketing experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience across paid social and paid search.
  • Proven experience building and scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, with working experience in TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience managing meaningful media budgets and improving acquisition performance through structured testing and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of attribution and revenue reporting, with the ability to connect media investment to customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
  • Strong creative instincts and experience translating performance data into actionable briefs, concepts, and testing priorities.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to create structure and momentum in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across Growth, Creative, Digital Product, and external agency partners.
  • An AI-forward working style, with experience applying AI to analysis, copy, targeting, testing, or workflow automation.
  • Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Google Data Studio, or Supermetrics is a plus, as is working knowledge of SEO and answer engine optimization.
