Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience supporting federal government contractors, preferably in healthcare agencies
- Strong working knowledge of CMMC, NIST security frameworks, HIPAA, and federal compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or AWS), identity management, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and endpoint security
- Proven ability to manage audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively manage, develop, and lead team members, fostering strong performance, engagement, and growth
