As an Experience Strategist at Kyndryl Vital US, you will: - Lead design initiatives across a variety of projects, ensuring that solutions are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with client objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted design advisor throughout the project lifecycle. - Guide design teams in the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs, ensuring the final product meets business and user needs. - Partner with technical teams to balance creative ideas with technical feasibility, ensuring designs are practical and scalable. - Take ownership of the design process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing, ensuring consistent delivery of impactful designs. - Own the development and scope of new Kyndryl Vital consulting and pitch opportunities. Qualifications - Business Acumen: You understand business strategy and can connect it to experience. - Psychology: You have a deep understanding of human needs and behavior. - Business + Tech + Experience: You can create integrated experience strategies that blend business, technology, and user needs. - Co-Creation: You excel at aligning stakeholders through workshops and collaborative sessions. - Value Identification: You have a knack for uncovering new sources of value. - Experience Optimization: You can evaluate and recommend ways to optimize experiences. - Storytelling: You can communicate clearly and compellingly. - Research: You can design and conduct user research, market evaluations, and competitive analyses. - AI and Data Ethics: You leverage AI tools while maintaining quality and ethical standards. Requirements - 10+ years experience. - Deep industry vertical experience. - Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds. - Business development and project scoping experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services context. - Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications. - Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences. - Data science, AI/ML background.
