Role Description We are looking for a Corporate Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing one or more brands within MADI International's portfolio, ensuring they achieve both commercial and marketing objectives. The role serves as the main link between international brand partners (principals) and internal teams, ensuring brand strategies are successfully implemented in local markets. - Developing annual brand strategies, budgets, and marketing plans. - Managing the brand's profitability (P&L), pricing, product assortment, and positioning. - Monitoring sales performance, forecasting demand, and identifying growth opportunities. - Planning and executing marketing campaigns while ensuring they align with global brand guidelines. - Collaborating with sales, finance, demand planning, retail, PR, and marketing teams. - Reporting business performance to senior management and brand principals. - Leading and mentoring Brand Executives to ensure effective execution. This role supports the Brand Manager in driving commercial performance, optimizing inventory health, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments and markets.
