Workday Reporting & Integration Lead – Senior Manager

Huron Consulting Group

• working in conjunction with other Huron and client team members—and leading the implementation life cycle (including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support) • Implementing new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIB’s • Managing and implementing Workday Integration enhancements • Collaborating with cross functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions • Designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports (standard, advanced, and composite) to support data validation, testing, and client business requirements

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
  • 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • Must have experience using Studio
  • Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers
  • Deep expertise in one or more technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
  • Experience coaching and leading technical staff members
  • Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas
