Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Backpack Healthcare
• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week • Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments • Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans • Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within EHR • Support families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
Job Requirements
- An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
- The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
