Remote Recruitment
• Conduct remote physiotherapy assessments via video consultations. • Assess and manage musculoskeletal pain, injuries and movement limitations. • Develop personalised rehabilitation and self-management plans. • Monitor client progress and adjust recommendations as required. • Provide evidence-based guidance to support safe recovery and ongoing physical activity. • Adapt training programmes to accommodate injuries, existing health conditions and physical limitations. • Advise clients on mobility, movement quality and injury prevention strategies. • Support clients in maintaining consistent progress while reducing the risk of further injury. • Promote safe exercise practices and long-term physical wellbeing. • Collaborate closely with health coaches, dietitians and mindset specialists. • Provide practical advice to coaches on exercise modifications and safe programming. • Support the wider team with guidance on movement, rehabilitation and load management. • Contribute to delivering a consistent, client-centred experience. • Recognise when clients require referral for in-person assessment or specialist medical care. • Maintain accurate client records and clinical documentation. • Deliver services in accordance with professional standards and best practice guidelines. • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical practice at all times.
Job Requirements
- Current registration as a Chartered or Registered Physiotherapist.
- A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in musculoskeletal, sports or rehabilitation physiotherapy.
- Previous experience providing physiotherapy consultations remotely or via telehealth is advantageous.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve sustainable health outcomes.
- Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or specialist certifications.
- Ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Experience working alongside fitness professionals or health coaches.
- Experience within health coaching, wellness or preventative healthcare environments.

Role Description Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Virtual Care Registered Nurse (RN).
