• Manage the productivity and quality of a team of Mobile Inspectors • Ensure inspector adherence to established inspection processes • Monitor inspection quality through digital and in-person inspection audits • Provide coaching and corrective actions / discipline as necessary • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external partners • Coordinate with boundary partners • Provide quality service and interact with automotive dealers and commercial clients to resolve issues and concerns • Recruit, hire, onboard, and provide ongoing support to employees • Conduct vehicle inspections and floorplan audits as needed • Review work volumes and continuously monitor staffing levels • Review team performance against KPIs and LDM metrics

• Supervises Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, and/or Retrospective Review Clinical Review team to ensure appropriate care to members • Supervises day-to-day activities of utilization management team • Monitors and tracks UM resources to ensure adherence to performance, compliance, quality, and efficiency standards • Collaborates with utilization management team to resolve complex care member issues • Maintains knowledge of regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices related to utilization management • Works with utilization management team and senior management to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements within utilization management • Educates and provides resources for utilization management team on key initiatives and to facilitate on-going communication between utilization management team, members, and providers • Monitors prior authorization, concurrent review, and/or retrospective clinical review nurses and ensures compliance with applicable guidelines, policies, and procedures • Works with the senior management to develop and implement UM policies, procedures, and guidelines that ensure appropriate and effective utilization of healthcare services • Evaluates utilization management team performance and provides feedback regarding performance, goals, and career milestones • Provides coaching and guidance to utilization management team to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards • Assists with onboarding, hiring, and training utilization management team members • Leads and champions change within scope of responsibility • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards

• Operate all MEP systems on sites in a competent, and confident manner (including MV/LV Electrical isolations/operations). • Making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required. • Ensure that Specialist Vendors service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are communicated to the Integral Supervisor. • This includes but is not limited to reviewing supplier RAMS ahead of visits and highlighting any concerns. • Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities, such as Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and regular attendance/completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks. • Liaise with the supply chain, when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works. • Take ownership of sites under Integral control, ensuring they are brought up to and maintained to the required show site standards. • Efficient and effective completion of elogbooks PPM/Reactive tasks that have been allocated, ensuring that tasks have been acknowledged and completed within SLA. • Communicate effectively and regularly with mobile engineers, Helpdesk, contract admin and Contract Delivery Manager through all means of communication to hand. This includes face to face, via phone call, text message, Teams chat and especially email on a day to day basis. • Availability for Overtime works. • Availability for Out Of Hours Call Out rota pending passing probationary period.

• Assures that SYSCO’s IT environment at operating companies, divisions and corporate office is effective and in compliance with established guidelines • This position is responsible for supervising, planning, scheduling, and performing information technology audit engagements • The individual will supervise the completion of IT audits (including Sarbanes Oxley compliance) within the IT Department by reviewing, approving, gathering, documenting, and analyzing information and evidence on the existence of risks and the effectiveness of the IT control framework • Plans, executes, and supervises the activities of a team of IT auditors • Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback with an emphasis on evaluating performance and productivity to maximize team effectiveness and impact • Contributes to and guides development of audit work programs and testing procedures using a risk-based audit methodology that are relevant to risks and test objectives • Develops clear and meaningful findings, high quality audit reports, presentations, and other materials • Builds collaborative and trusting relationships with business partners, management, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Interacts regularly with management and clearly communicate and articulate valuable business insights • Collaborate with financial audit team members to ensure an integrated business process/information system audit approach, which includes coordination on the audit scope, work program, fieldwork, and reporting • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new auditors • Assist in training and development of new and current auditors • Exhibit a willingness and ability to lead and coach others in development areas.
