• Act as the Product Owner for the Educational ERP. • Manage, organize, and prioritize the product backlog. • Write initiatives, epics, features, and user stories using best practices (INVEST). • Define clear, objective, and traceable acceptance criteria. • Support Discovery activities and prioritization based on value, risk, and impact. • Lead refinement sessions with multidisciplinary teams. • Map business processes, academic, financial, regulatory rules, and integrations. • Participate in agile ceremonies. • Validate deliveries produced by squads. • Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders. • Monitor the product roadmap, releases, and metrics. • Serve as the connection point between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Support, and business areas. • Support strategic decisions using data and product metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Education, or related fields.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst on complex digital products.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, ERP, or educational platforms.
- Experience building and managing a product backlog.
- Experience writing initiatives, epics, features, user stories (INVEST) and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
- Experience with refinement, prioritization, and estimation.
- Experience with process mapping and business analysis.
- Knowledge of BPMN.
- Knowledge of Product Discovery.
- Knowledge of impact analysis and dependency management.
- Experience with product metrics.

In this role, you will be a key member of the security product management team, helping make data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to win in enterprise and regulated industries. You will lead product strategy and execution for capabilities and programs that support federal compliance requirements and broader regulated-industry needs.
