• Diagnose and repair electrical charging infrastructure with precision using advanced tools and techniques, from computer diagnostics to basic electrical repairs • Maintain meticulous records for all repairs and installations and coordinate seamlessly with third parties/vendors to ensure flawless project execution • Ensure all services and projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, with a keen focus on resource allocation and client satisfaction • Proactively offer clients additional services, including service agreements, preventative maintenance plans, InControl monitoring software, and other revenue-generating items. In this role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, external partners, and business stakeholders to enhance system performance, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.
