International Convention Operations Intern

• Prepare for and coordinate review cycles by assembling documents, building reviewer lists, sending instructions and deadlines, and keeping things on track with scheduled follow-ups. • Keep operational data clean and current by organizing reports and maintaining registration-related lists, including priority registration and waitlist materials. • Gain real hands-on experience in data management by running reports, updating large data sets, and working directly in CRM tools like CVENT and AirTable. • Support testing logistics from start to finish by building feedback spreadsheets, distributing instructions to reviewers, and seeing feedback through to implementation. • Support registration readiness by working with different teams throughout IC planning, jumping in wherever extra hands are needed. • Collaborate directly with teams across the organization to complete tasks that support IC’s success. • Support in other data cleanup projects as needed.

Role Description At BBYO, our mission drives us to reimagine work as something fun, flexible, and deeply fulfilling. We are seeking a passionate Manager of Jewish Enrichment to join our team and help make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will help shape BBYO’s most meaningful Jewish Enrichment experiences across chapters and regions. You’ll manage high impact initiatives that deepen Jewish identity, strengthen community, and create memorable moments that influence teens’ lives. You will play a central role in connecting regions with talented Jewish Education Consultants and Song leaders, helping bring dynamic educators, music, and meaningful Jewish experiences directly to teen communities. Working alongside a dynamic and dedicated team, you’ll help drive innovation, foster meaningful connections and expand BBYO’s impact on the next generation of Jewish leaders. As a Manager of Jewish Enrichment, a typical day will include: - Serve as a key member of the Jewish Enrichment Team, advancing BBYO’s organizational goals and supporting teen Jewish leadership across the movement. - Coordinate, maintain, and track BBYO’s digital Jewish and Israel enrichment content inventory. - Manage and process program- and project-related finances for Jewish Enrichment Gamechanger Grants, Global Shabbat Grants, and Jewish Enrichment Professional Development Grants. - Update and maintain Jewish Enrichment Professional Development opportunities on SharePoint. - Manage the hiring, onboarding and deployment of regional Jewish Education Consultants and Song Leaders, including regional support, follow-up, communication, and tracking. - Manage the Jewish Enrichment project management system and related workflows. - Member of the Leads and Limmud team supporting IC. - Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - 3-5 years of professional experience working with teens and adults in a formal or informal/experiential environment. - A bachelor's degree or higher. Requirements - Ability to travel about 1x per month for 2 to 7 days. Travel may include regional conventions, staff convention, team retreats, International Convention, and August Executives. - Ability to travel to and manage in-person educator and song leader trainings 2x per year. - Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship. - To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty/function with or without reasonable accommodation in accordance with applicable law. Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of BBYO’s Alumni Mentorship Program, including participant recruitment, onboarding, communications, stewardship, program operations, speaker coordination, evaluation, and participant experience. • Cultivate and steward relationships with alumni mentors, speakers, and volunteers to strengthen engagement and support long-term participation. • Execute alumni engagement strategies within local communities in partnership with BBYO’s community-based staff teams, serving as the connector between alumni and staff. • Support efforts to connect alumni to local teen experiences through mentorship, speaking opportunities, volunteer leadership, and community partnerships. • Help develop systems and processes that make it easier for local teams to identify and engage alumni in meaningful ways. • Partner cross-functionally to lead the coordination and stewardship of alumni engagement opportunities connected to BBYO immersive experiences, including International Convention, summer programs, and leadership retreats. • Track engagement metrics and maintain organized systems for participant data, communications, and alumni involvement. • Execute segmented alumni communications strategies across email, newsletter, social, and digital platforms to drive engagement and increase participation across key audience groups. • Support the growth and visibility of the BBYO Alumni Association brand by developing compelling storytelling and outreach strategies that strengthen alumni awareness, affinity, and connection to BBYO’s mission and community.
Survey and Data Analysis Intern

About the role: We’re looking for a creative, self-starting intern to join the Marketing & Communications Team beginning June 2026. As our Communications Intern, you’ll assist in creating content for digital platforms, manage and analyze social media channels, and support campaigns that engage with target audiences. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your communication skills, work with creative teams, and contribute to the overall brand development of the organization. If you're passionate about marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, this internship is perfect for you.
