Role Description As a Security Solutions Architect, you will: - Become the go-to expert in strategic security solutions for our clients and our sales force. - Design comprehensive security solutions that span on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. - Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business objectives and security requirements. - Define and scope the services required to implement these solutions. - Provide guidance throughout the sales cycle, including presenting solutions to stakeholders. - Transition solution designs to engineering and delivery teams for implementation. - Create customer roadmaps that drive security platform adoption. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling, architecting, and/or implementing security solutions. - Fully bilingual in English & French, both spoken and written. - Extensive experience with device, identity, network, data, and cloud security technologies. - Strong understanding of security solution design and defense-in-depth principles. - Proven track record of designing and implementing security solutions. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers. - A learner’s mindset — always curious about new technologies. - Experience working with a technology reseller or manufacturer is preferred. - Technical security certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH). - University degree or college diploma preferred — or equivalent experience. Requirements - Partner with Sales Account Executives and Security Sales Executives to engage customers. - Lead and execute Security Platform Assessments. - Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements. - Design and develop modern, holistic security solutions tailored to customer requirements. - Scope and define the services required for deploying security solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance during the pre-implementation phase. - Participate in assessments and audits of existing security architectures. - Create awareness of strategic security solutions within sales teams. - Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting service-level objectives. - Stay current with the latest security technologies and industry trends. - Collaborate with OEM partner field sales and solution architecture teams.
