As an Associate GDCM (Global Deployment & Change Management) Property System Specialist, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management Property System Team reporting to the Property Systems Project Manager, you will support projects including multiple property systems including PEP, and Opera Cloud. What you'll do during a typical day: - Follow the approved implementation processes to deploy and install Property, Sales, and Revenue systems to our hotel properties globally. - Provide remote/onsite training, system configuration, and troubleshooting and will perform these implementation projects after the handover from the Manager or Senior Associate. - Complete the following scheduled activities: System Database Build, training, Hardware placement/setup, and System Interfaces. - Approve projects, providing wrap-up and handover as per the project plan and task list. - Attend all internal departmental and training calls, participating in information sharing through approved channels. - Ensure process improvement and implementation integrity. - Living our Hilton Values Day in and Day out. How you'll collaborate with others: - Liaise with the hotel management team about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainings. - Perform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support ticket. - Provide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling. - Ensure process improvement and implementation integrity. Projects you'll take ownership of: - Maintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types. Qualifications - Professional experience in Technology or related field. - Hotel experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems daily. - Understanding of Hilton's systems (PMS, CRS, Opera Cloud, PEP, downstream systems) and interfaces. - Travel 80% of the time, both domestic and international. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree, or associate degree plus 4+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 5+ years of Technology related experience. - Three (3) + years of professional experience in Technology or related field. - Three (3) + years of hotel experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems daily. - Consistent record of accomplishments implementing Hilton's standard operating procedures. - Shown success in a customer-facing environment. (i.e.: through satisfaction scores).
