• Directly manage and develop onsite recruiting team members • Act as the primary talent partner to Warehouse General Managers • Oversee high-volume hourly warehouse hiring and professional recruiting • Build and execute strategies for seasonal ramp-ups • Personally lead select mid-to-senior level warehouse management searches • Establish Quince as an employer of choice through community sourcing • Continually improve hiring processes ensuring a fast candidate experience • Track and evaluate funnel health, cost-per-hire, cycle times, and recruiter productivity

• Support relationships and business efforts with assigned distributors including technical support, product selection, training, sales calls, and general commercial support • Increase sales and profit margins with assigned distributors • Assist Regional Distribution Manager to implement HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy, Distribution Programs along with keeping CRM update for assigned accounts within the distributor (accounts not assigned to Key Account Managers) • Responsible for coordinating internal resources (IE - Product Managers) as required to support distributor(s) for HYDAC products and solutions including quotations • Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business • New business opportunities should also be communicated to Product Managers for review as required • Submit a monthly report to consist of target accounts updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training • Provide HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback for S&OP process

• Review and approve office supply orders. • Manage backorders and discontinued items to ensure continuity of operations. • Support cost reduction and cost-saving implementation strategies. • Provide daily supply chain support and serve as point of contact (POC) for assigned offices. • Lead supply chain setup for DeNovo offices, including creation and tracking of supplier orders. • Coordinate uniform program setup for DeNovos, new hires, and existing offices as needed. • Provide tactical support during supplier RFP processes. • Assist in implementing negotiated supplier savings across the organization. • Maintain Dentira ordering platform, including updates, accuracy, and user setup/deactivation. • Manage IT ticketing and warranty process for IO Sensors. • Conduct inventory audits for IO Sensors, Nomads, and other assigned assets. • Act as backup POC for offices as needed. • Collaborate with construction, IT, and regional leadership during DeNovo launches. • Provide support for ad-hoc supply chain projects and initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.
