• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and deliver actionable recommendations. • Translate complex data into clear business narratives that support commercial strategy and client success. • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed decision-making. • Partner with Client Services and Sales to provide analytical support for client conversations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and commercial initiatives. • Analyze cross-campaign and cross-brand performance to uncover insights that inform business development and growth strategies. • Leverage internal and external data sources to generate recommendations that improve commercial outcomes. • Build, validate, and optimize target lists while ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy. • Create impactful visualizations and reports using business intelligence tools for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and continuous process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, marketing analytics, decision science, or a related analytical role in a consulting or agency setting.
- Solid experience using data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to understand and interpret complex queries, joins, and analytical outputs.
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, or modern productivity tools that enhance reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
