Senior Demand Generation Manager

Striim is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to help accelerate our full-funnel demand strategy. The Senior Demand Generation Manager will directly influence pipeline and revenue by creating programs that engage buyers at every stage of the journey—fueling both new logo acquisition and expansion within our existing customer base. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this position leads cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns spanning digital events, paid media, email, ABM, and more. This role balances strategic perspective with hands-on execution, is deeply data-driven, relentlessly focused on performance, and motivated by turning insights into action. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, pairing big-picture thinking with exceptional execution. Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Campaign Management Own the build, execution, analysis, and optimization of a variety of demand-generating campaigns (e.g., webinars, LinkedIn Live series, content syndication programs, custom content initiatives). Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders to build and maintain our dynamic marketing campaign calendar. Drive alignment within marketing operations to create and maintain robust HubSpot and Salesforce campaigns, to ensure optimal closed-loop attribution and reporting. Ensure sales teams have full visibility into campaign strategy, context, and intent, enabling them to effectively engage and convert downstream leads. Paid Media Manage our paid media initiatives across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and more, collaborating with our agency, designer, and other stakeholders as needed. Analyze and monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI, performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Email Marketing Create, maintain, and own a global calendar of all marketing-issued email initiatives to ensure balanced scheduling, consistent messaging, optimized performance, and regulatory compliance. Drive the execution and management of all marketing-issued emails, from template and creative design to copy creation to audience selection, testing, and analysis. Manage Striim’s robust lead nurturing engine from concept to completion, paying close attention to metrics and trends, optimizing as needed. Co-manage the monthly customer newsletter. ABM Co-manage select MarTech tools to identify, manage, and engage with our key personas based on their intent signals, techno, and firmographic information. Identify and develop scalable engagement opportunities with key accounts across personalized, segment-based, and broad-reach initiatives. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation/growth marketing experience, with a focus on B2B startup environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, UserGems, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Vimeo, Goldcast, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Working knowledge of modern demand generation fundamentals, B2B buyer trends, and the ability to implement A/B testing strategies
  • Extensive reporting and analytical abilities, including translating data into actionable insights

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that plays a key part in bringing performance campaigns to life across premium affiliate content placements, creators/influencers, and paid social channels.
