• System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, and RTE • Provide End-User Support for Registration, Billing, and Practice Management Adoption • Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures • System Testing and Acceptance • Project Management • Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business or a healthcare related degree and associated experience
- 5 years Application Systems Analyst experience or relevant Revenue Cycle Patient Access background (Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Referrals experience)
- Epic application certification and experience preferred
- Ability to deal with a number of tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Communicate efficiently with technical team as well as managers and end users – both written and verbal
- Skilled at problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Possesses an understanding and high-aptitude for computer system capabilities to address process requirements
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills with experience in presenting directly to management and clinicians.
