Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as technical customer support or technical consultant in the area of U4ERP
  • Experience in Customer Success, consulting, implementation, or enterprise SaaS/ERP roles
  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business value and guide customers towards measurable outcomes
  • Confidence in working with customers on adoption, optimisation, and value realisation
  • Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear recommendations, practical actions, and next steps
  • Knowledge of ERPx and related domains such as reporting, configuration, extensibility, APIs, and Extension Kit is a strong advantage, along with an understanding of SQL and data
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, CSMs, Product, Engineering, Support, and consulting teams
  • A proactive, consultative mindset with a strong focus on customer value, best practice, and continuous improvement
