Job Description

Procurement

ElevenLabs

• ElevenLabs is scaling fast globally - and so is the complexity behind how we buy. • Procurement is the function that helps us move quickly without creating vendor sprawl, missed renewals, unclear ownership, or surprise commitments. • The outcome is simple: better commercial terms, cleaner approval paths, stronger spend visibility, and vendor processes that support scale without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. • The ideal person is an AI-native commercial operator: analytical, commercially sharp, low-ego, and hands-on. • They use AI tools naturally to work faster, think from first principles, and are excited by building simple systems that make complex vendor spend easier to understand, manage, and improve.

Job Requirements

  • Strong procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations experience in a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong commercial judgment across usage-based pricing, SaaS contracts, cloud/infrastructure commitments, enterprise tooling, contractors, agencies, and professional services.
  • AI-native working style: actively uses AI tools to improve sourcing, vendor analysis, renewal tracking, contract review, reporting, documentation, and workflow design.
  • Able to build simple procurement workflows across intake, approvals, contracts, POs, vendor onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting without adding unnecessary friction.
  • Able to work effectively across US and European time zones, partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, AP, GTM, and business owners.
  • Bonus:
  • Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud spend, model/data vendors, usage-based software, or developer tooling.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, Ramp or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting audit-readiness, SOX-readiness, IPO-readiness, or global procurement operations.

Benefits

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
