• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding and product prioritization. • Establish a procurement playbook to ensure critical hardware, and materials are prioritized, sourced, and scheduled effectively. • Develop a supplier dashboard that provides methods to track vendor SLA’s, correct exceptions, and adapt procurement strategies as needed. • Lead Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development to drive consistent, quality purchasing and contracting processes. • Proactively identify and assess supply chain vulnerabilities by developing multi-sourcing strategies, monitoring vendor financial health, and creating long-term contingency plans to ensure supply continuity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with strategic procurement, sourcing, and Program Management.
- 8 years of experience with supply chain principles, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- 8 Years of experience with Procurement and ERP software (e.g., SAP (SaaS), Coupa).
